Abstract :

There were many Quranic studies and linguistic researches that considered the text of the Quranic verses as its resource, and a standard to measure its linguistic and information progress and development, which utilized itself to serve these holy texts, in order to recognize the nature of its distinguished characteristics, so the reciting scientists' phonitecal studies and the desire to recognize the harmony characteristics in the Quranic language. In addition to the study of harmony and linguistic intonation in the Quranic language.

This was one of the causes for choosing the subject for my study, where its significance comes through applying the analytical description method at the modern linguistic study of the Mecci and Meddini verses through Surat Al-Baqarah and Al-Shu'araa . Al- Baqarah reflects the general characteristics of the Meddinite Sura, while Al-Shu'ara'a reflects the general characteristics of the Meccite sura. The cause of choosing these two Suras in particular, is related to the recommendations of the teachers at An-Najah University. This study is represented through the modern linguistic studies The significance of the study was a result of its exceeding the traditional studies methods that deal with the superficial construction of the literary texts. The modern linguistic studies are considered a new trend on reading the Arabic text and reconstructing the relation between the text and the reader depending on the text's language. The resources of this study varied between the ancient ones, particularly the linguistic lexicon, in an attempt to consolidate the roots of this study, and the modern linguistic resources in an attempt to achieve the ambitions of the modern language science with its numerous levels. The construction of the study was divided into .an introduction, a preface, three chapters and the conclusion. In the introduction, I discussed the significance of this study and the difficulties that faced me, besides to the study's method. The preface was a historical-religious study for the Mecci and Meddini Suras, and recognizing their particular characteristics. Then came the study's chapters: The First Chapter dealt with the Phonetical Level, and discussed the Phonemes, according to the Qura'nic intermission, their parts and their harmony with the others, and the extent of the silent voices in the verses. The Second Chapter: the grammatical level including the noun, verbal and abrogating sentence, sentences of delaying and introducing then the emphasizing sentence. The Third Chapter was: the Semantics including the study of the semantics applied in the Mecci and the Meddini suras. Finally, I came to the conclusions I achieved through the study.
